Nerdy Novelty Design started back in January 2016 when I was making my own dresses out of nerdy and novelty print fabrics. I used the scraps from one of my dresses to make an oven mitt and posted it on social media. It got a HUGE response, so I decided to open an etsy shop. The business grew exponentially, and here I am over ten years later, still making things!

What started as a fun creative outlet grew into a small business built around one simple idea: everyday things don't have to be boring. You never knew you'd be excited about oven mitts, yet here you are. Shopping for silly oven mitts that make you smile :)
